Rudy Lachenmeier is a native Oregonian. He began his law practice
with the Portland insurance firm of Vergeer, Samuels, Roehr and Sweek.
His career has involved trying well over 150 cases in State and Federal
Courts. Initially, many were auto accident cases but in the last ten
or fifteen years, the vast majority have tended to be unusual general
liability cases. He has handled everything from
slip and falls to Fair Housing, landlord/tenant matters, to asbestos litigation, complex construction and contract actions,
products liability, ADA, employment and sex discrimination cases,
environmental matters, and many others. He also handles coverage
opinions on most types of cases.
