Tim Heinson is a native Oregonian. He has an extensive background in various types of litigation and has tried or arbitrated hundreds of cases. He has represented both businesses and individuals in lawsuits and other disputes involving a wide variety of issues, including automobile accidents, construction, insurance coverage, and premises liability. He has represented clients in courts throughout Oregon, in federal court, in arbitration and mediation proceedings and before the Construction Contractors Board.
