Lori was born and raised in the Portland area. Lori has tried cases in both state and federal courts. She has handled numerous arbitrations including court ordered arbitrations, binding arbitrations and arbitrations before the NASD. She has handled appeals to the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Lori’s areas of practice include asbestos litigation, insurance coverage, automobile liability, construction defect litigation, product liability and general tort liability. She is also a listed arbitrator for the Arbitration Services of Portland and the Multnomah County Arbitration Program.
