Lachenmeier, Enloe & Rall

The law firm of Lachenmeier Enloe Rall & Heinson was founded in 1980 as a civil litigation firm. The majority of the firm’s practice is devoted to insurance and other casualty work. The founding partners (Rudy Lachenmeier and Jay Enloe) have concentrated in this practice area from the mid-70s to the present time. Marty Rall has focused in this practice area his entire career as well, except when he was employed as a Washington County Deputy District Attorney for two years at the very beginning of his practice. That database is made available to clients without charge.

It is the firm’s goal to assist in the resolution of cases for their likely jury value, and to do so fairly, equitably and economically. Opportunities to bring about such a resolution short of the trial are actively sought out. If resolution of the case for its fair value is not possible short of trial, then success at trial is pursued with full vigor.
